Deposits
  • A deposit of 50% of your total stay (less taxes), is required for stays 2 nights or more.
  • One night stays require full payment plus taxes and fees.
  • Deposits can be made by cheque, money order, Visa or MasterCard.

Cancellation Policy
  • Deposits are refundable, less $50.00 Admin fee if cancellation notice is received more than 30 days prior to arrival date.
  • No cancellations, Whole or in part, accepted less than 30 days prior to arrival date, there is no refund and you are responsible for all nights booked.


Payments
  • Final payment is due on arrival.
  • Days lost due to late arrival or early departure will be charged at regular rate.
  • Prices subject to change without notice, Off season rates may be applicable.


Pets
  • Cedar Village and The Wharf have a No pets policy.
  • Visiting pets are not allowed.
  • Mackenzie Inn Allows small non-shedding pets only.
  • Pets must be preregistered prior to check-in.
  • Pets must not be left alone on rooms for any reason.
  • $10/Day will be charged per pet.


Time
  • Cedar Village Cottages check-in time is 5:00 Pm
  • Mackenzie Inn and The Wharf check-in time is 4:00 Pm
  • Check-out time is 11:00 Am for all properties
  • Late check-out with special permission in off season only
  • Office Hours 8:30 Am to 8:30 Pm
  • Late arrivals must make prior arrangements to check-in and for final payments.
